It is no secret that the educational growth, earning power, and consequently the purchasing power of women today is on a definite upward trend. Women have strong ideas about what they want in packaging today. This study has identified four areas that influence the packaging preferences of women: (1) packaging color, (2) packaging shape, (3) image/branding, and (4) legible text.
