It is no secret that the educational growth, earning power, and consequently the purchasing power of women today is on a definite upward trend. Women have strong ideas about what they want in packaging today. This study has identified four areas that influence the packaging preferences of women: (1) packaging color, (2) packaging shape, (3) image/branding, and (4) legible text.

Beauty: Just Eat It!

The word is "nutricosmetics" and it is a movement that literally focuses on eating your way to beauty. This movement focuses on three areas: skin, hair and beauty. Nutricosmetics are available in beauty-enhancing pill, tablet, liquid and food formats.

Products include antioxidant-infused chocolate bars; whole foods bars; skin care yogurt and tea; collagen yogurt drinks, marshmallows, and even soups.
