Dispensing pumps are used for a variety of products: lotions, creams, soaps, and ... hand sanitizers. Now, I know that this shouldn't be breaking news to anyone, but guess what, there's a new strain of influenza. And it's called H1N1 or swine flu. If you haven't heard about H1N1, then I don't know that this article is going to be of much interest to you ... but anyone in the market for dispensing pumps might find this interesting:
There has been a nation wide shortage of dispensing pumps.
Notice the "has been" of that sentence. CPS has pumps, and lots of them. In fact, we have so many we've put them on overstock. So now you can get your pumps, and get them at a pretty good price. Check out our overstock pumps here. (Please note that our items move in and out of overstock without notice, so catch 'em while they've got this great price).
With H1N1 growing and good flu-fearing people hoping to remain immune, sales of instant hand sanitizers has increased. No, I don't have any good data, but our customers, vendors, the beautiful woman I'm married to, and the universe in general are telling me: people are buying hand sanitizer. I see people at restaurants apply a good squirt before tucking in. I see people at church dousing themselves after a handshake. There's a pump on every desk at work.
All of this immunity boosting liquid has to come out of something ... and a dispensing pump does the best job. H1N1 is probably going to stick around for a while, and we've got the pumps to keep fighting it off (as well as ease the dispensing of your lotions, creams, and soaps).
